Jim Loftus and Ian Marquardt

Jim Loftus has worked in United States Presidential politics for over two decades. He was a White House staff member to President Bill Clinton and played leading roles in media and press operations for Al Gore in 2000 and John Kerry in 2004. Jim served as an American Diplomat in the Middle East and has advised campaigns and governments in Asia, South America and Europe.

Jim oversaw Barack Obama's historic visits to Israel and the Palestinian Authority in 2008. He accompanied Obama to Germany, France, and England before returning to the United States to work on the campaign in Florida. Jim was a member of the 2008 Presidential Inaugural Committee and advised senior Obama Administration officials on White House operations and media relations.

Jim's partnership with Ian Marquardt began in 2005 and includes management of several political campaigns in Europe. Jim recently addressed the International Public Relations Association (IPRA) Annual Conference in Sofia, Bulgaria, where he spoke about the influence of internet technology and social networking in politics.

Ian Marquardt is an expert in campaign organizations and structures, having managed campaigns for United States Senate and House of Representatives candidates in addition to serving as a legislative aide in the United States Congress.

Since 2003, Ian has managed campaigns, overseen voter targeting efforts, trained candidates and activists and conducted in-depth focus groups and public opinion research for clients in Europe, the former Soviet Union, and the Middle East.

Ian's partnership with Jim Loftus began in 2005 and includes management of several political campaigns in Europe.
